A lawyer and entrepreneur with special expertise in restructuring and insolvencies. A University of Barcelona Law graduate, he rounded out his studies in Michigan (USA) and the London Business School, as well as the General Management Program at IESE. In his extensive professional experience, he has advised a large number of national and international companies on their restructuring strategies, and has been appointed as the official receiver in major bankruptcy cases.

Francisco is a Member of the Economists' Circle, as well as a Member of the Bar Associations of Barcelona and Madrid. He is also a member of TMA, the Turnaround Management Association.
